Shipping Policy

At Canine Canyon, we’re committed to getting your gear to you quickly, securely, and reliably.

Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM ET or on weekends are processed the next business day.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–5 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and aren’t guaranteed by the carrier.

Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on orders of $75 or more
  • $9.99 flat-rate shipping on orders under $75

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the contiguous United States only (the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C.). We’re unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time. For international inquiries, contact us at Orders@canine-canyon.com.

Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed, arrives damaged, or appears lost, contact us at Support@canine-canyon.com within 30 days of your order date. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make it right.
